Tax3 Java Application Sas Macros On-line Analysis

SAS Macros - ( Not developped nor supported any longer )

This package includes documentation, examples and annotated SAS macros. These macros are developped with SAS 9.1 and can be used in MS-Windows and Unix environments. It also includes Winbugs codes for the signal-to-noise decomposition, and a draft Excel/VBA add-in for heatmaps.

This version handles only binary outcomes (e.g. case/control studies) and categorical variables (e.g. SNPs).

The multivariate analysis (approximate Kernel PCA) of ~500K variables and ~1000 subjects can be performed in a few hours.
